Who Will I Be Talking To?

You will talk to an independent local provider in our network. These are pest control and wildlife removal businesses that run on their own. Thirtyrings Pest Control does not employ them, and we do not do the work.

We do not list staff or profiles on this site. What matters is the provider's own business, license and experience, and they can tell you about those directly.

What Happens When I Reach Out?

It is simple.

• You send a request and describe what you see.
• You are connected with a provider who handles that kind of problem in your area.
• The provider asks a few questions and may offer to inspect your home.
• You get a written quote and decide what to do next.

Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies. Request a callback to check who is available near you.

What Should I Ask a Provider?

Good questions make for good decisions. Try these:

• What pest or animal do you think this is, and why?
• How might this change over the next days or weeks if it is left alone?
• What will the treatment or removal involve?
• Is the quote in writing, and what does it cover?
• Are you licensed and insured for this work in Kentucky?
• Is there a follow-up visit, and what does it include?
• How do you handle older homes with past repairs or aging materials?

Are There Questions About My Older Home?

Yes, and they are worth asking. Rowhouses, colonials and split-levels with basements each have their own weak spots. Ask the provider where they think pests are getting in and how they plan to seal or monitor those spots.

Am I in Control?

Absolutely. Talking to a provider does not lock you in. You can ask for an estimate, compare it with another, and take your time. There is no obligation.

Nobody knows your home like you do. A good provider will respect that and explain things clearly.
